SmartBOL® Cloud offers extensive shipping documentation that includes
bills of lading, packing slips, labels and other documents.
SmartBOL creates electronic bill of lading by capturing and applying signatures electronically. Digitized documents are saved into the shipper’s account for on-demand retrieval. Documents are also distributed to other parties automatically
Included in Solution plan only. Kiosk software allows drivers to self check-in and/or sign shipments and receive the signed bills of lading as electronic bill of lading (eBOL).
Included in Solution plan only. Drivers check-in or check-out by scanning QR code at the entrance of the warehouse or welcome center, without leaving the truck. After loading is complete, they can check out by scanning a QR code or by using a Kiosk.
After signing, the Driver and Consignee can receive signed documents electronically. SmartBOL user interface and automated processes send the signed documents to driver, consignees or other parties by various channels reducing the paper usage further.
